Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Schöffel Country purchase; if your premium country attire isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Schöffel labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days of arrival at our warehouse.
